TQC are specialists in the design and manufacture of bespoke production and automated assembly line equipment, assembly stations and semi or fully automated assembly lines.
TQC are leaders in automated assembly line technology and have supplied automated systems across a range of industries. At TQC, our customer’s requirements are at the forefront of our designs to ensure the equipment suits their needs.
An automatic assembly machine can incorporate automatic testing, robot automation and mechanical handling. TQC have integrated these modules into our fully automated machines.
The industrial automation machinery that TQC supplies can be a single assembly bench, a number of assembly machines to suit a cell layout (including robotic transfer between the machine systems), or a pallet transfer system. All the assembly systems that TQC provides incorporate modular construction and technology modules to allow the customer to expand as the specification changes. Typical machines include handling a single part each minute, with recent systems handling parts in excess of 120 per minute including tray packing and bagging machine integration.
TQC also has significant experience in providing Industry 4.0 systems including Linking to MES (manufacturing Execution Systems), SCADA and Cloud Data capture. Previously, TQC has taken part in several EU Funded Research programmes working on Flexible Reconfigurable Automation, production line data capture, requirements analysis, plug and produce, agent technology etc. Currently, TQC is hosting a 3-year PhD student registered at The University of Nottingham focused on Digital Manufacturing and Design.
From a machine for assembling small components for the medical and pharmaceutical industries to larger automation systems to handle metal castings for the automotive industry, each TQC automatic assembly line machine solution is designed to provide the best method for reducing labour costs, increasing output and eliminating manual handling concerns.
